I designed and managed the manufacture of the Welcome Wall for Elk Mill, Oldham. Metal work by TPGroup Engineering. The Wall panels show a silhouette of the original Elk Mill with tread like sun beams coming from the building and landscape around.  Brick wall by landscape architect.
